This is the first of a planned series of Illini Club Tours that will feature a variety of experiences for our members. 

On Friday, August 7, Aadeel Akhtar, Illini graduate, (MS, Electrical & Computer Engineering; PhD, Neuroscience) and his wife, Whitney will open their facility in Rancho Bernardo (10939 Technology Place, San Diego, CA 92127 ) from 4pm to 7pm for the exclusive benefit of San Diego Illini Club members, families and friends.  Attendance will be limited to the first 100 registrants.
 

This will be an amazing experience for everyone demonstrating the accomplishments of University of Illinois education and its graduates. PSYONIC is a fantastic enterprise created on the Champaign-Urbana campus about 10 years ago that is developing and producing state of the art limbs that vastly improve the lives and abilities of its users.  The potential is virtually unlimited, given the knowledge and skills of its founders and their rapidly growing research staff and enthusiastic customers.
