The Illini Club of San Diego County formerly charged $10 per year dues to its members to cover administrative costs. Local dues were discontinued in 2009 when the Alumni Association discontinued its annual dues. Since then, our treasury balance has consistently declined due to an absence of revenue. Rather than reinstitute Club dues, the Board decided to obtain revenue by soliciting advertising from local Illini businesses.
The businesses listed here have donated at least $100/ per year to the Club to cover administrative costs. Listed businesses are owned by fellow Illini, or they employ Illini. While the Club cannot endorse the quality of the products and services provided, we do suggest that you consider these businesses when the need arises. Perform due diligence as you would for any advertised product or service.
Contact Denis Lougeay at dhlougeay@cox.net for more information about placing your advertisement here while supporting your Illini Club.
